Robert’s training philosophy emphasizes leadership, respect, and mutual reward, helping dogs develop impulse control, focus, and positive behavioral habits. Whether your dog is learning basic commands or tackling advanced challenges, Robert offers both individualized training and group sessions tailored to every pup’s pace.

Training Levels
First Steps (Walking)
Introduce core commands like Sit, Look, Down, and improve leash manners. We focus on redirecting negative behaviors, teaching Stay and Drop, and encouraging impulse control and patience.
Second Steps (Running)
We build on foundational skills, adding Heel and Settle while reinforcing previous commands with greater variety and complexity. Dogs begin responding reliably—even in new situations.
Final Steps (Sprinting)
Dogs master their training by practicing in distracting environments. We refine all prior skills while strengthening real-world obedience and focus.
Extra Steps (Leaping)
Advanced enrichment for dogs who’ve completed basic training. This fun, challenging course teaches tricks like Shake, Push-Ups, Roll Over, and even color recognition (Yellow, Blue). Long-leash work improves trust and freedom during walks.

Your Role as a Dog Owner
Training doesn’t stop when class ends. Consistent practice at home—just 30 to 60 minutes a day—is key to achieving and maintaining results.
We also provide a simple, easy-to-use Training Journal to help track your dog’s progress at home. At each session, we’ll review the journal together to celebrate wins and address any lingering challenges. It’s also a wonderful keepsake of your dog’s training journey!
